- Implement outreach actions that increase the visibility of disabled people living in closed institutional settings and support their connection with the local community
- Organize and/or participate in inclusive activities with children and young people with and without disabilities
- Listen to the concerns and challenges of children and young people and provide them with support
- Train volunteers from the local community and from different countries, and coordinate their participation in our actions and activities

They are not just supporters, but active members of the team — bringing ideas, creativity, and passion. Volunteering is a two-way experience: offering to others, while also growing personally and learning along the way.
Our volunteer team is a vibrant mosaic of people — mainly young individuals from the local community, but also from across Europe through the European Solidarity Corps programme. 🌍
People with different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives come together, collaborate, and create. The most beautiful part of this mosaic is the genuine connections and relationships built with the children and young people of the institution — moments filled with smiles, connection, and human warmth.
