Thanks to them, Tandem is not just an idea \u2013 it is a living community of action and contribution.<\/p>\nWith their time<\/strong>, energy<\/strong>, and enthusiasm<\/strong>, they play a meaningful role in shaping and implementing our activities. They do not participate only as supporters but as active members of the team<\/strong>, bringing ideas, creativity, and passion.<\/p>\n\ud83c\udf0d Our volunteer team is a vibrant mosaic of people<\/strong>\u2014mainly young individuals from the local community, but also from across Europe, and not only through the European Solidarity Corps<\/strong><\/a> Program.<\/p>\n\u2764\ufe0f People with different experiences, cultures, and perspectives come together<\/strong>, collaborate, and create. <\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>Through the European Solidarity Corps program, young people have the opportunity to travel, volunteer in a field that inspires them, and at the same time experience something truly life-changing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>It is a journey of learning, contribution, and personal growth that creates bonds, memories, and meaningful impact in communities. \u2728<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>Volunteer Team Activities<\/h5><\/div><\/div><\/div>Each volunteer finds their own role within Tandem, participating in the design and implementation of activities according to their interests, skills, and motivation.<\/p>\n

Summer seaside activities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Sea bathing and an intensive activity program at the beach of PAAPAV during the summer months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Accompaniment and support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Accompanying children and young residents to school, school celebrations, educational programs, and other activities when needed, in coordination with the responsible staff of the institution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
